Like any self-respecting Porsche 911, the new generation also has an all-wheel-drive version, the Carrera 4. Visually, these versions are distinguished by rear wings widened by 22 mm. Like every Carrera 4, the new Porsche 911 also receives the red strip joining the two rear lights, which was updated with the 997 phase 2, with a narrower strip lit by LEDs. The 911’s permanent all-wheel drive replaces the viscous coupling system with an electronically controlled multi-plate centre differential. Together with a limited-slip differential on the rear axle and traction control, Porsche Traction Management (PTM) allows faster distribution of torque between the two axles for optimum traction and smooth cornering even in poor conditions.
* The weight is the maximum measured weight (EC standard).
** The power figures refer to vehicles with a manual gearbox (except Cayenne and Panamera).
*** The value is the one published by Flat6 Magazine or LVA (average of good and very good), which in our opinion is the closest to the market price, with a slight tendency to overvalue older models. For this purpose, the vehicle is assumed to have covered an average of 10,000 km per year. We do not give any value for current models.
