The Porsche 356 Roadster America, a very limited series built by Heuer on the basis of the 1500 S Cabriolet, marks in 1952 Porsche’s first steps in the American market, which has a very strong demand for sports cars. The Roadster is almost a racing car. It is distinguished from the Cabriolet by a very simple interior with bucket seats, a lowered windscreen, a lower profile with doors without glass windows that widen towards the top, and a bonnet held down by straps. In this sense, the America Roadster is a direct ancestor of the Speedster, which came onto the market in 1954.

* The weight is the maximum measured weight (EC standard).
** The power figures refer to vehicles with a manual gearbox (except Cayenne and Panamera).
*** The value is the one published by Flat6 Magazine or LVA (average of good and very good), which in our opinion is the closest to the market price, with a slight tendency to overvalue older models. For this purpose, the vehicle is assumed to have covered an average of 10,000 km per year. We do not give any value for current models.
