At the end of 1987, Porsche presented the 928 S4 Clubsport, which was meant to be sportier. The car loses about 100 kilograms in weight by dispensing with comfort features and receives firmer suspension that is 20 mm lower, as well as a shorter gearbox. The same recipes already known from the 911 are applied here.
