To celebrate the 50,000th 924 produced, Porsche offers the American market, the model’s main buyer, this special series, sometimes also called “Edition Française”. It is distinguished by the “Dolomite grey” colour with black and silver stripes around the vehicle. In addition, there are specific wheels and a few small extra items of equipment. In France a similar series is offered, called “Edition Francaise”, with the same features.
