Apart from the improvements of the new generation of the Cayenne, the real novelty is the new hybrid version, which is meant to reduce consumption in the mid-range and take on the Lexus RX 450h. The combination of a 333 hp turbo V6 block and a 47 hp electric motor powered by nickel-metal hydride batteries makes a genuine Cayenne with the performance that was expected. In 2012, this model will receive only a few technical developments; it can now, after a cold start, drive in purely electric mode at low speed...
* The weight is the maximum measured weight (EC standard).
** The power figures refer to vehicles with a manual gearbox (except Cayenne and Panamera).
*** The value is the one published by Flat6 Magazine or LVA (average of good and very good), which in our opinion is the closest to the market price, with a slight tendency to overvalue older models. For this purpose, the vehicle is assumed to have covered an average of 10,000 km per year. We do not give any value for current models.
