Three years after its launch in 2009, the Panamera is an undisputed success for Porsche. It is the brand’s second best-selling model worldwide, after the Cayenne and ahead of the 911 (2011 figures). This saloon, which never quite fitted into the brand’s ultra-sporty world, has a large share in the sales and profit records the brand has posted over the last two years. However, Porsche is not resting on its laurels. Halfway through its commercial career, the saloon is giving itself a facelift that provides the opportunity for a more than substantial technical update. The V6 petrol engine has 10 hp more and, like its stablemates, has received a facelift and been lengthened by a few centimetres.
* The weight is the maximum measured weight (EC standard).
** The power figures refer to vehicles with a manual gearbox (except Cayenne and Panamera).
*** The value is the one published by Flat6 Magazine or LVA (average of good and very good), which in our opinion is the closest to the market price, with a slight tendency to overvalue older models. For this purpose, the vehicle is assumed to have covered an average of 10,000 km per year. We do not give any value for current models.
