The 911 Type 991 is nearing the end of its life cycle. But before bowing out, this generation still has one last version, the most extreme of all. Porsche has presented the fastest and most powerful road-legal 911: the GT2 RS! The coupé features a new twin-turbo flat engine. The six-cylinder engine was developed from the block of the 911 Turbo S (580 hp). It is therefore no longer 3.6 litres, like the previous GT2 RS (Type 997), but 3.8 litres. As a result, power increases from 620 to 700 hp and torque from 700 Nm to 750 Nm. At the same time, the six-speed manual gearbox is replaced by a seven-speed dual-clutch gearbox. With a weight of 1,470 kg with a full tank (a Weissach package that reduces the weight by a further 30 kg is available as an option), the new Zuffenhausen model also features rear-wheel steering, carbon-ceramic brakes and ultra-high-performance (UHP) tyres.
* The weight is the maximum measured weight (EC standard).
** The power figures refer to vehicles with a manual gearbox (except Cayenne and Panamera).
*** The value is the one published by Flat6 Magazine or LVA (average of good and very good), which in our opinion is the closest to the market price, with a slight tendency to overvalue older models. For this purpose, the vehicle is assumed to have covered an average of 10,000 km per year. We do not give any value for current models.
