As the 991 GT3 is not planned for 2012, Porsche will keep its customers waiting with a new GT3 RS that gains power and is increasingly inspired by the RSR visually. Aesthetically, the 4.0 will be distinguished by the “flaps” in front of the wheel arches and by its special paintwork. Two colours are offered: Carrara white and black. The livery is completed by grey and red trim, as well as the “RS 4.0” logo. There is also a small slimming diet resulting in a weight saving of 10 kg, made possible mainly by a carbon-fibre front bonnet and wings. There won’t be one for everybody...
You will find more information about the 911 GT3 RS 4.0 (videos, etc.) on the official website, clicking here .
* The weight is the maximum measured weight (EC standard).
** The power figures refer to vehicles with a manual gearbox (except Cayenne and Panamera).
*** The value is the one published by Flat6 Magazine or LVA (average of good and very good), which in our opinion is the closest to the market price, with a slight tendency to overvalue older models. For this purpose, the vehicle is assumed to have covered an average of 10,000 km per year. We do not give any value for current models.
