For decades the career of the Porsche 911 has followed an immutable ritual. The presentation of the Carrera is followed by that of the Cabriolet, shortly afterwards by the Carrera 4 and, finally, by the Turbo model. The new 991 obeys this programme with the regularity of a metronome. These all-wheel-drive models are, in any case, lighter, as the Porsche 991 Carrera 4 shows a weight reduction of 65 kg compared with the previous model, while the rear-wheel-drive versions weigh only 45 kg less. Porsche takes the opportunity to introduce new equipment into the 911 range, in this case adaptive cruise control and a sliding and tilting panoramic roof.
* The weight is the maximum measured weight (EC standard).
** The power figures refer to vehicles with a manual gearbox (except Cayenne and Panamera).
*** The value is the one published by Flat6 Magazine or LVA (average of good and very good), which in our opinion is the closest to the market price, with a slight tendency to overvalue older models. For this purpose, the vehicle is assumed to have covered an average of 10,000 km per year. We do not give any value for current models.
