24 years ago Porsche reassured those reluctant about pure rear-wheel drive with the all-wheel-drive 911! This variant reappears today and brings with it some welcome new features. Although sportiness is part of the model’s DNA, the 911 has also adapted to the times with astonishing fuel consumption figures. The new Carrera 4 is 16% more economical and weighs up to 65 kg less than its predecessor. In addition to a new menu showing the torque distribution between the four wheels, the Carrera 4 and 4S feature ACC, an active radar-based speed control system that adapts the speed to that of the vehicle ahead. In combination with the PDK gearbox (automatic, dual-clutch), this system can even prevent head-on collisions!
* The weight is the maximum measured weight (EC standard).
** The power figures refer to vehicles with a manual gearbox (except Cayenne and Panamera).
*** The value is the one published by Flat6 Magazine or LVA (average of good and very good), which in our opinion is the closest to the market price, with a slight tendency to overvalue older models. For this purpose, the vehicle is assumed to have covered an average of 10,000 km per year. We do not give any value for current models.
