Model launches at Porsche always follow a relentless logic: first comes the base model (the 911 Carrera), then the cabrio variant. Next, inevitably, come the Carrera and Carrera S base models with all-wheel drive and, finally, their cabrio versions. The Carrera 4S Cabriolet has inherited the aesthetic features of its hard-top variants, namely the logo on the bonnet, the two double exhaust outlets and a width 44 millimetres greater. The soft top still opens and closes in just 20 seconds at the touch of a button on the console. And all this up to a speed of 50 km/h. At only 42 kg, it weighs just half as much as a “CC”-style retractable hard top and at the same time offers a lower centre of gravity.
* The weight is the maximum measured weight (EC standard).
** The power figures refer to vehicles with a manual gearbox (except Cayenne and Panamera).
*** The value is the one published by Flat6 Magazine or LVA (average of good and very good), which in our opinion is the closest to the market price, with a slight tendency to overvalue older models. For this purpose, the vehicle is assumed to have covered an average of 10,000 km per year. We do not give any value for current models.
