40 years! Porsche seizes the opportunity and offers its 996 Carrera 2 in a limited series called “40 Years”. It is available only in GT silver grey (a colour reserved until now for the Carrera GT) and has adopted the front cooling air intakes of the Turbo. The side skirts are specific and the body rests on 18” Carrera wheels, polished for the occasion. Many other details set it apart from the standard model. The cabin is trimmed in extra-soft natural leather in dark grey and the sports seats have two-level heating. The exterior colour is picked up in numerous interior elements (centre console, trim, seat backs...). The Porsche audio package fitted as standard with CD radio (CDR 23) completes the equipment perfectly, and the plaque bearing the “40 Years” number is a reminder of the limited run and exclusivity of this commemorative 911.
* The weight is the maximum measured weight (EC standard).
** The power figures refer to vehicles with a manual gearbox (except Cayenne and Panamera).
*** The value is the one published by Flat6 Magazine or LVA (average of good and very good), which in our opinion is the closest to the market price, with a slight tendency to overvalue older models. For this purpose, the vehicle is assumed to have covered an average of 10,000 km per year. We do not give any value for current models.
