Objective: the GT3 had to be made lighter to ensure more effective handling. The mounting points of numerous components (steering rods, front suspension, rear multi-link, one-piece cast rear hub carriers...) have been revised to lower the vehicle’s centre of gravity as far as possible, in order to guarantee optimum grip on the ground and withstand the stresses of the circuit and of slick tyres. To reduce weight, many body parts are made of carbon (front and rear bonnets, mirror housings and rear wing) and the rear window is made of polycarbonate. Without an express request from the customer, there is no car radio or air conditioning... In the cabin there is a roll cage that protects the driver’s survival cell. As for the mechanicals, they are the same as those of the “classic” GT3!
* The weight is the maximum measured weight (EC standard).
** The power figures refer to vehicles with a manual gearbox (except Cayenne and Panamera).
*** The value is the one published by Flat6 Magazine or LVA (average of good and very good), which in our opinion is the closest to the market price, with a slight tendency to overvalue older models. For this purpose, the vehicle is assumed to have covered an average of 10,000 km per year. We do not give any value for current models.
