Like the 911 Carrera 3.0, from which it descends, the SC has the wide wings of the 911 Carrera RS 2.7L and mirrors painted in the body colour. The handles and door frames are matt black; the initial chrome option no longer exists. The SC’s interior equipment is dated and, unfortunately, there are many options. In August 1979, when the 188 hp SC came out, a smaller three-spoke leather steering wheel (as on the 911 Turbo (930)) and a centre console were integrated. They were retained on the 204 hp version. The SC or Super Carrera does not bring major technical or aesthetic changes; it is a transitional model.
* The weight is the maximum measured weight (EC standard).
** The power figures refer to vehicles with a manual gearbox (except Cayenne and Panamera).
*** The value is the one published by Flat6 Magazine or LVA (average of good and very good), which in our opinion is the closest to the market price, with a slight tendency to overvalue older models. For this purpose, the vehicle is assumed to have covered an average of 10,000 km per year. We do not give any value for current models.
