To celebrate the 25th anniversary of the marque’s production, Porsche launched the “Silver Anniversary” commemorative series on the US market (although some 200 cars stayed in Europe). The particular feature was that all of them were offered in “silver metallic”, while the interior trim was in “silver and blue”. Naturally, the glovebox bore a plaque numbered and signed by Ferry Porsche, a custom that has been maintained to this day. This is therefore Porsche’s first limited edition and, given the success of such marketing exercises, certainly not the last.
* The weight is the maximum measured weight (EC standard).
** The power figures refer to vehicles with a manual gearbox (except Cayenne and Panamera).
*** The value is the one published by Flat6 Magazine or LVA (average of good and very good), which in our opinion is the closest to the market price, with a slight tendency to overvalue older models. For this purpose, the vehicle is assumed to have covered an average of 10,000 km per year. We do not give any value for current models.
