In August 1969, the 6-cylinder flat engine was developed for the first time to increase the power of the 911 models. The E model increased its displacement to 2,195 cm3 by boring out to 84 mm instead of 80 mm. The power of the Porsche 911 2.2 E is now 155 hp, which represents a genuine leap in power. The race for more power in the Porsche 911 had begun.
* The weight is the maximum measured weight (EC standard).
** The power figures refer to vehicles with a manual gearbox (except Cayenne and Panamera).
*** The value is the one published by Flat6 Magazine or LVA (average of good and very good), which in our opinion is the closest to the market price, with a slight tendency to overvalue older models. For this purpose, the vehicle is assumed to have covered an average of 10,000 km per year. We do not give any value for current models.
